The treasurer of ATC-Metro with approval of special committee will administer the GoFundMe. The money will stay in the GoFundMe account until a deposit is needed to use the funds.

ANSWER
They are all volunteers. They are currently serving on the Health & Welfare committee, the board of trustees, Executives that includes treasurer, president, vice president and members of ATC-Metro.
8) Why did you set the goal to $150,000?
ANSWER
We estimated based on Daudi’s pressing needs for housing, medical attention, and his long-term goals. (See # 3 & 4 above)
9)Can I file a tax deduction for my donation?
ANSWER
Per IRS guidelines, receipts will only be sent to people who donate more than $250. You may give a request on the GoFundMe page or send an email to Info@watanzaniadmv.org
10) Do you have people with experience in the health/medical fields on your fundraising teams?
ANSWER
Yes, we have nurses, public health experts, community leaders, non-profit/NGO foundation organizers, and business owners.
11) Will you accept inkind donation
ANSWER
Yes, Daudi will need pro bono lawyers services, Health, housing or any help that will help Daudi live independently.
12)If Daudi gets the support he needs and able to reach his short-term and long-term goals. Will fundraising continues?
ANSWER
No. The estimated amount will enable us to work on Daudis short term and long term needs. The plan is to get Daudi sustainable support so that he can live independent life.
